Permit/Form	Purpose
Oversizing/ Overweight Permit	Please contact the Traffic Division at (970) 962-2535 with questions.
Longer Vehicle Combinations	An annual permit from the City of Loveland is required for operating longer vehicle combinations (LVC) on City streets. Please contact the Traffic Division at (970) 962-2535 for LVC permit information.
