All City offices and most facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan.19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Some service schedules will also be altered. The schedule is as follows:

City Offices

All City administrative offices, including the Municipal Court, will be closed.

Utility Billing offices will be closed, but utility payments can be dropped off or made online. Visit the Utility Billing website for payment options.
Loveland Pulse customers can contact 970-744-4226 for technical support or log in to their account for bill pay and service requests. New customers can sign up for service and schedule installation at: LovelandPulse.com

Trash Collection

	Collection for residential curbside trash and recycling will be delayed by one day after the holiday.
	Recycling Center will be closed.

Transportation

City of Loveland Transit (COLT) bus service will be operational, however, COLT offices will be closed.

Things To Do

	Chilson Recreation Center will be open.
	Chilson Senior Center will be open.
	Golf Loveland will be open.
	Loveland Public Library will be open.
	Visit Loveland's East Gateway Visitors Center will be open. The Downtown Visitors Center, located inside the Loveland Museum, will be closed.
	Loveland Museum will be closed.
	Rialto Theater will be closed. Tickets can be purchased online at: RialtoTheaterCenter.org

Public Safety and Support

	Loveland police and fire services remain available 24/7/365.
	Loveland Resource Center will remain open during normal business hours. View LRC hours of operation online.
