Walk with a Doc encourages healthy physical activity in people of all ages, to reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of our community. Doctors make a brief presentation on a timely medical topic and then walk with participants to answer your questions right on the spot. Whole Foods and local coffee houses provide a healthy snack and beverage. Blood pressure screenings are available. Runner’s Roost-Fort Collins raffles a FREE $120.00 pair of walking shoes at each event.
